The Senior Secondary Course (Plus One & Plus Two CBSE Syllabus) at Chavara Public School is an intensive programme aimed at preparing students to achieve great results in their Board Examinations. It also helps them to qualify in various competitive exams conducted by reputed centers of higher learning and colleges in India and abroad.

Students from any Syllabus (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, State, etc.) with good character and conduct, and with proper motivation and willingness to work seriously.
CBSE & ICSE: A minimum of 90% of marks in all Subjects in Class X.
SSLC & Other Boards: A+ grade in all academic Subjects in Class X.
No separate tests for students of different Boards.
Questions will be based on the class X CBSE Syllabus.

TEST I: SCHOOL CAMPUS APTITUDE TEST (FOR NATIVE CANDIDATES)
Online Registration Starts: 1st November 2024

Exam Date: Selected by the Candidate
Exam Venue : CHAVARA PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALA
Exam Duration: 1.30 hrs
Result: within one week after each Test
Application and Exam Fee: Rs. 1000/-
TEST II: Sunday, 6th April 2025 (FOR THE STUDENTS OF GULF REGION ONLY)
Online Registration Starts: 1st November 2024
Last Date for Online Registration: 31st March 2025
Exam Date: 6th April 2025
Result: within one week after the Test.
Application and Exam Fee: 350 UAE Dirham
Test Location: will be intimated later.
- The school and hostel fees for all students will be the same. No additional fee for NRIs.
STEPS
- Apply online and make the payment. (www.cps.ac.in)
- Take a printout of the Online Admit Card with a photo. (Mandatory)
- This Admit Card must be produced at the time of the Aptitude Test. Admit Card without photo is invalid and the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- Applications received after the specified date will be rejected. Aptitude Test is mandatory for admission. No refund of the application fee.
- Applicants are requested to check the school website, email, and SMS regularly for all the information and notifications related to admission.
NB: Class X students of this school (Chavara Public School, Pala) will have separate Test for Class XI admission.

- Before filling up the form, please refer to the general information carefully and click <I Agree> at the bottom of the page, and proceed.
- Fill in the details of the applicant completely and click <I Agree> and proceed to pay.
- Kindly note the transaction number after the payment.
- Keep the photograph of the Student and Parent ready for uploading (Size-50 kb).
- Kindly fill up all the required information carefully and correctly, else form will be rejected.
- It is mandatory to provide the mobile number and email ID of the parents in the form to receive notification on admission.
- <I Agree> and proceed to pay.
Payment Gateway
- The convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards the “Online Registration” form shall be done through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI ID/VPA.
- Once the registration form is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message of Online Payment of registration and Admit Card will be generated with a Test date. Retain it for further correspondence.

GIRLS
- Amal Jyothi Bhavan (near Cathedral Church, Pala) run by Rev. Sisters.
- Mary Immaculate Hostel (near St. Thomas School, Pala) run by Rev. Sisters.
- LAR Hostel (Run by Rev. Sisters).
- Angel’s Nest (Run by the CMI Fathers).
Students should either stay with their parents or in the hostel. Staying as paying guests will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Time schedule for each Exam is as follows:
Slot I 08:30 am to 10:00 am
Slot II 10:30 am to 12:00 pm
Slot III 12:30 pm to 02:00 pm
Slot IV 02:30 pm to 04:00 pm
Reporting Time: 30 min before the SELECTED time slot.
Results: Within one week after the test.
