The Senior Secondary Course (Plus One & Plus Two CBSE Syllabus) at Chavara Public School is an intensive programme aimed at preparing students to achieve great results in their Board Examinations. TEST I: SCHOOL CAMPUS APTITUDE TEST (FOR NATIVE CANDIDATES)
Online Registration Starts: 5st November 2025
Last Date for Online Registration: 31st March 2026
Exam Date: Selected by the Candidate
Exam Venue : CHAVARA PUBLIC SCHOOL, PALA
Exam Duration: 1.30 hrs
Result: within one week after each Test
Application and Exam Fee: Rs. 1000/-
TEST II: Saturday, 31 st January 2026 (FOR THE STUDENTS OF GULF REGION ONLY)
Online Registration Starts: 5th November 2025

Exam Date: 31st January 2026
Result: within one week after the Test.
Test Location & Time Slot : will be intimated later.
- The school and hostel fees for all students will be the same. No additional fee for NRIs.
Documents need to be uploaded during the registration.

STEPS
- Apply online (www.cps.ac.in)
- Take a printout of the Online Admit Card with a photo. (Mandatory)
- This Admit Card must be produced at the time of the Aptitude Test. Admit Card without photo is invalid and the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
- Applications received after the specified date will be rejected. Aptitude Test is mandatory for admission. No refund of the application fee.
- Applicants are requested to check the school website, email, and SMS regularly for all the information and notifications related to admission.
NB: Class X students of this school (Chavara Public School, Pala) will have separate Test for Class XI admission.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP THE ONLINE FORM:
Kindly allow the Pop-ups block messages visible on your browser to go for the online registration process.
- For Internet Explorer: – Go to Tools> Pop-up Blocker >Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
- Mozilla : – Go to Tools>Options>Content>Uncheck the ” Block pop-up windows ” > Click on OK
- Chrome: – Go to Settings -> Show advanced settings -> Privacy-> Click on Content Settings -> Click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
- Before filling up the form, please refer to the general information carefully and click <I Agree> at the bottom of the page, and proceed.
- Fill in the details of the applicant completely and click <I Agree> and proceed to pay.
- Kindly note the transaction number after the payment.
- Keep the photograph of the Student and Parent ready for uploading (Size-50 kb).
- Kindly fill up all the required information carefully and correctly, else form will be rejected.
- It is mandatory to provide the mobile number and email ID of the parents in the form to receive notification on admission.
- <I Agree> and proceed to pay.
Payment Gateway
- The convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards the “Online Registration” form shall be done through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI ID/VPA.
- Once the registration form is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message of Online Payment of registration and Admit Card will be generated with a Test date. Retain it for further correspondence.

BOYS
- St. Vincent Boarding House (run by the CMI Fathers)
- Chavara Valley Hostel, Mutholy (run by the CMI Fathers)
GIRLS
- Amal Jyothi Bhavan (near Cathedral Church, Pala) run by Rev. Sisters.
- SANVIN Hostel (Run by the CMI Fathers).
Students should either stay with their parents or in the hostel. Staying as paying guests will not be allowed under any circumstances.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
This is to inform you that the result of the Aptitude Test will be published within 10 days. The information regarding the result will be posted in the WhatsApp group . Therefore, you are requested to remain in the group. Do not exit.
If you are in the selection list, please follow the instructions below :
- Those who are willing to take the admission, are requested to fill up and submit the Google form which will be sent after publishing the test result. If the selected candidates are not confirmed their admission by given time, we will consider the students who are already in the waiting list for the admission.
- The new User ID and Password will be sent to you via your registered email after the submission of the confirmation Google form. DO NOT EDIT THE NEW USERNAME AND PASSWORD GIVEN FROM THE SCHOOL TO AVOID THE LOGIN ISSUES IN FUTURE. · After the submission of the form, details regarding the procedures of making the Initial Payment will be given in the group. The initial payment by online should be made through the school software platform(www.cpspalacampuscare.in ).
- Kindly note that the uniform pattern given for Class XI and XII students is rather strict. Boys have pants and shirts with full sleeves. They should have proper hair cut and clean shaven face. Girls have pants, coat and shirt with half sleeve. Neat appearance also is compulsory for all. Personal requests for any changes in the pattern shall not be permitted. Those who have personal problems to follow this pattern of uniform may choose not to take the admission.
- “Muslim girls are permitted to wear a headscarf (gray/carbon blue colour), but it should only cover the head and not the shoulders or body. Sleeve extenders are strictly prohibited. Please note that no changes will be made to the prescribed uniform. If you have serious concerns about the uniform policy, you may refrain from taking admission.”
- The candidates who have serious health issues – both physical and psychiatric and are under strict medication need not give confirmation regarding admission.
- The school timing for the Senior Secondary Section is 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
