Testimonials

Ria Ann Student (2018-20)

I have not hesitated to recommend Chavara Public School to a host of family and friends: after all it's an institution built on the values of discipline, integrity and perseverance. The teachers here have excellent subject knowledge and outstanding teaching skills, they helped me do well not only for boards, but for entrance examinations as well. They are family, their every action directed towards our happiness and comfort. The environment in the school hostel is very calming and helps students in overall development and growth apart from academic performance. Two years on, I can state with confidence, and even with a tinge of pride, that education here at Chavara has changed my life for the better.

For me,Chavara was a turning point in my life. The skilfull and supportive faculty act as the backbone of Chavara, providing every progressive step to the Chavarites. The serene atmosphere and modern infrastructure have added fuel to my growth. The peer group in Chavara were friendly, helping and provided a healthy competition which strengthened my vision to reach my goal. For a hosteler like me,it became my second home.I use this platform to extent and express my gratitude towards our Principal Rev.Fr.Mathew Kareethara CMI and all my teachers.

Richu K Kokkatt Student (2004-2018)

I was a student of Chavara Public School Pala for 14 years, from 2004 to 2018. The 14 years is not just a small period in my life , it played a very essential role in making me what I am today. Not just the education, but the moral values inculcated in me helped me in choosing a career in my life.My schooling was definitely not just about success and happiness, there were a lot of situations that I had to overcome,a lot of difficulties and failures that I had to fight against, all of which, I was able to do because of my parents and my teachers .When I look back, I do realise how precious those days were, when I was really bonded with my school, teachers and friends. The opportunities that the school provided us with, helped us a lot in bringing out our talents and in developing skills.Being a Chavarite is not just about spending some time in school,it is much more than that!.Thanks to all my teachers and friends . I do count it such an incredible privilege to be a part of the Chavara community.

It is with great pleasure I begin to write about Chavara Public School , a place I've literally lived in for the past two years. A wonderful place of learning , with a breathtaking campus , quality faculty , beautiful church , a scenic hostel and what not. Rules are clear here for everyone. More importantly, I am proud to say that there are other institutions around that make Chavara its role model. Classrooms are spacious , ventilated and comfortable. Teachers are highly qualified individuals who have a passion for teaching and is particular about their students'success.I will take a moment to appreciate the effort that teachers have put in both our academic excellence and personal development.Hostels in the campus are clean, cared for and comfortable. The Annual Day held once a year is a great cultural appreciation while a beauty to watch. So it is with great confidence that I can reassure anyone who comes to Chavara can pass with flying colors if they are to follow the clear guidelines given there.

“You have a long journey to be travelled. Every journey has its own pleasures. But nothing goes along better than being titled as a Chavarite. Stepping into CPS is not just being enrolled in a course to learn but is the key to unlock and chisel a better version of one’s self. Being a part of this institution for more than a year now, I have learnt that in the journey of being successful in life, what matters the most is to be rooted in discipline and respect for others. CPS also provides an opportunity for all the Chavarites to identify and develop their skills and potentials. With various cultural events like the Raag Tarang and the Symphonia, this institution reveals its willingness to not just mould academic scholars but also multifaceted persons. I also consider it both a blessing and a privilege to have been a part of the School Parliament. Holding the position of the Head Girl and having the badge pinned to my left was always an energy booster. Sometimes the very little things that we do helps us to learn the most essential lessons. If on the first day, I was anxious about working with a new team, later I realized that staying optimistic and tackling all the hurdles can create success.
