School has mainstreamed HPE for classes I to XII, with the aim of holistic development of the child, leading to a well-balanced individual in all walks of life. To enable physical, social, emotional, and mental development school has reserved one period daily for it. It is ensured that all Chavarites are religiously engaged in all four strands of HPE.
