International Yoga Day was celebrated in the school with many programmes. A Special Assembly was conducted with our principal Rev. Fr. Sabu Koodappattu CMI greeting the school on this day. The yoga instructor Mr Manuel A K reminded students about the significance of yoga as a practice for daily healthy life. Asanas were demonstrated before the entire school and every student participated in the yoga exercises that followed.
